Projects
I've split my work into two categories: conceptual and content. Conceptual work is focused on a single-minded idea, expressed creatively. Content includes examples of writing for a variety of topics and audiences which has included everyone from everyday consumers to specialists such as neurologists, sound engineers and cryptographers.
Conceptual
We turned a viral film into a free TV ad on the BBC, and knocked the debate about football vs rugby on the head.
An email was the brief. Waiting was the idea. The outcome was Parliamentary debate, and a change in legislation for people dealing with cancer.
The client's headache was that doctors weren't taking the problem of migraines seriously enough.

Multiple Sclerosis is an inhumane condition. I helped bring a humane tone to this patient advocacy campaign.
A vehicle launch is usually a super-shiny affair. Not here. The last thing our audience wanted was a pristine new truck.

The first app for an augmented viewing experience picked up reviews every bit as good as the films themselves.
Go Beyond was the first time a brand used social media to engage an audience with an ever-expanding world of rich content.

Content / CRM

I spent nine months bringing this CRM-based nursing recruitment drive to life. A variety of audiences, and journeys and a spectacular outcome.

I helped create a week-by-week guide to pregnancy, including foetal development, physical changes, nutrition and exercise.

I created the brand idea and launch materials including site and brochure copy for the world's first cryptocurrency investment fund.

I volunteered to create a time-sensitive social media strategy for this student-run drug harm reduction initiative.
The complex story of how everything we buy, use and dispose of creates carbon. Told simply, with lots of interaction.

A series of posts created to help answer and improve on search rankings also improved new customer numbers.
