This was a technical proposal for an immersive new sound experience for SKY TV customers. Even though this would be seen by those with technical knowledge, I felt that use cases should appear first: this demonstrated the end benefits before outlining the technical aspects that would bring it to life. Below are spreads that show how I brought this customer-centric strategy to life in the proposal.
